CREATING GOOD-PAYING JOBS
Greg Stanton doesn’t perform, he produces.
As Mayor of Phoenix, Greg built a bipartisan coalition to rebuild after the Great Recession—leading Phoenix to simultaneously have the fastest-growing population and highest wage growth among major U.S. cities. As Congressman, he’s spearheaded the effort to make Arizona a national hub for chips and advanced manufacturing and the good-pay jobs that come with it.
But new jobs only matter if Arizonans have a real path into them, which means Greg also fights for stronger community college career education, job training, and apprenticeships so people are not pushed aside by AI, automation, or a changing economy.
But Greg isn’t done. He’s pushing to strengthen worker rights, pass the PRO Act, raise the minimum wage, expand paid sick leave, invest in CHIPS 2.0, and make sure Arizona’s economy rewards people who work for a living, not just those at the top.
